1 Acceptance of Terms

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your abd77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by Abd77

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any dispute concerning their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between you and abd77 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent abd77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect abd77's intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.
